Booking Terms and Conditions

When making a booking/reservation at any of our properties you agree to the following terms:

  • No smoking or vaping inside the unit or common areas.
  • Smoking or vaping only allowed in the private courtyard outside.
  • No parties 
  • No additional people allowed to stay over
  • You are responsible for the safety of yourself, your possessions and those who are staying with you
  • Tasha’s Place, the building, it’s employees and owners will not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage incurred whilst you are a guest at our accommodation(s).
  • You endeavour to treat the accommodation(s) with care and consideration whilst you are a guest and will not willfully cause any damage to the property, it’s contents or the building.
  • You will be held directly liable for any damages or breakages occurring during your stay and the replacement value will be communicated to you for repayment.
  • You will alert us immediately should anything arise that pertains to the running of the accommodation such as, but not limited to, plumbing and drainage issues, appliance malfunctions, security concerns, etc.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
